Why supporters/buyers need to check email before paying?

When you're buying something from a creator/seller

We'll send you an email to ensure your email is valid, so you can receive your purchase after making payment.


When you're supporting a creator

We'll send you an email if:

  1. The selected payment method is credit card
  2. The transaction value is USD100 or more

If your transaction does not fall into any of the above reasons, it means that the creator has enabled a setting where all transactions require email verification.
