Payment fee settings

SociaBuzz provides many payment methods to make it easier for your supporters to give their support to you, no matter which country they are in.

Each payment method has different payment fees (fixed fee and/or percentage) charged by our payment gateway partners.

By default, payment fees are borne by your supporters, added on top of the amount of support they're giving.

(For example: $50 support amount + $0.5 payment fee = $50.5 paid by supporter)

However, you have the flexibility to change the settings so that payment fees are not borne by your supporters, but instead borne by you, where payment fees will be deducted from your earnings.

Here's how to change the settings:

1. Login to your SociaBuzz account
2. Click "Edit & Settings" on the TRIBE feature
3. Scroll down and click "Supporter Related Settings"
4. Switch the toggle to "Off" under "Payment fee is borne by the supporters"

If you want payment fees to be borne by your supporters, you can reactivate it.
